# Integrations

Inkbox integrations connect supported AI assistants and agent harnesses to an Inkbox identity and its communication channels. Each integration has its own connection or setup workflow.

## What an integration adds

Depending on the harness, an Inkbox integration can provide:

- an agent-owned mailbox and, when available, a dedicated phone number
- SMS/MMS, voice calls, and iMessage
- an Inkbox tunnel for inbound messages and calls
- setup and health-check commands tailored to the harness
- native Inkbox tools and channel-aware agent sessions
