Mail

The Inkbox SDK's mail module lets your agents send and receive email through Inkbox-managed mailboxes. Each identity gets its own email address, so agents can hold threaded conversations, read an inbox, send replies with attachments, and mark messages as read, all through a single consistent interface.

Mailboxes are the email addresses provisioned for your organisation. You can create them linked to an agent identity, update their display name or incoming-mail webhook, full-text search messages across a mailbox, and delete them when no longer needed. Access via inkbox.mailboxes.
