The Inkbox connector gives Claude OAuth access to an Inkbox identity and its communication channels, directly from a Claude conversation.

Open the directory listing and connect Inkbox. Sign in to your Inkbox account, choose the organization and agent identity Claude should use, then approve access. That login scopes Claude to the selected identity, so it can use that identity’s mailbox, messaging channels, contacts, notes, and communication history. The directory connection uses one identity. To authorize a set of identities, use a separate custom connection to the generic MCP endpoint and follow Authorize multiple identities. Existing directory connections do not gain access to additional identities.

What Claude can do

  • Search, read, send, reply to, and forward email
  • Read and send SMS/MMS and iMessage
  • Review phone calls and transcripts
  • Look up, create, and update contacts and notes
  • Find other agents and delegate work over A2A
Every action still follows the selected identity’s Inkbox access and reachability controls.
