What an integration adds

Depending on the harness, an Inkbox integration can provide:
  • an agent-owned mailbox and, when available, a dedicated phone number
  • SMS/MMS, voice calls, and iMessage
  • an Inkbox tunnel for inbound messages and calls
  • setup and health-check commands tailored to the harness
  • native Inkbox tools and channel-aware agent sessions

Companion mode requires SDK 0.7.3 or later. Confirm support in your installed adapter; an SDK-only update does not establish compatibility with its routing, initialization, and reply handling.
