What your agent learns

Inspect the active identity and check email, SMS, iMessage, and call readiness separately.
Complete the recipient’s connection or consent steps before sending.
Choose polling, signed webhooks, or both for incoming communications.
Verify a bounded test for each requested channel.
Offer recurring triage with an agreed schedule and explicit reply permissions.

The skill asks before provisioning numbers, enabling channels, changing routing, creating webhooks, or sending test traffic.
